I'll say nothing about the repetitiveness :P Its a nice song with a good flow.. I have just one thing to say: it feels like its flat... just all midrange sounds, nothing that really stands out. Dont really know how to discribe it. It allmost sounds mono... dunno... well good song though ^^ Greets, Chris

the wrong place to upload your music... i suggest you go to some music forum of some kind. with that been said:
I dont like it... it sounds waaaaaaaaaaaaay to random... and the quality is just awefull, i know its just mp3... but mp3's can sound good aswel... so maybe get some new samples and get some structure in your song and let the sounds work together...

If you are ever having the time, I would recommend looking up the 12-tone method, Arnold Schoenberg, dodecaphony, and the like. It was the method used to compose this piece, and while it sounds random, I can assure you that there is a somewhat logical way to the sounds being put together.

Sound quality is a given, but hey, I'm cheap.

pretty good!

Pretty nice tune and song and stuff.. but its kinda sloppy every now and then... And I think the quality of your piano sound is pretty bad... The strings can be better aswel... But thats just the sound. The music is good, I think the background piano is to much 'there' The Melody piano doesnt really stand out... Maybe you can try by using a different sound for the melody... But so much for the bitching. Nice song overal 8/10 4/5

Hi Chris, Thanks for liking the song. As far as the quality goes, you are listening to an mp3. The quality here is a different thing altogether as you should know. I am listening through studio headphones and it's not that bad. These tunes only take me an hour or so to do. The piano sound is purposely dull in sound. I have a million preset piano sounds.

This is really nice! Movie like stuff... but thats too bad about ambient music... It misses a bit of melodie and 'freshness'. What I mean by that is, is that it often gets repetitive and this feels a little bit repetitive. Nice though ;-)!

Might be, although the trance-evoking effect, which you call repetitiveness is one of the elements that i really enjoy, when i'm listening to ambient music.

It's very nice... but what the hell did you do with the end?? At least give it a desent ending!! It just stops at 3.42 and then does something very weird... This song definetly has some potential! But just work it out a little bit better... It has a wonderfull flow!! The instruments you use are of very high quality and sound really nice!!

A very nice song, although I don't feel it's that special. I don't really know how to explane it... The story you wrote kept me a bit distracted from the music, and the combination is very good, but as a standalone song... I don't know it's a really good background song. Like seen in a movie. I could vision your story right away, but when I'm only listening to the music I miss somewhat depth. (hope i didn't make you angry!) Oke well with that been said... It's awesome ;-)

As I listen more of it, I think I should have put some more bass sounds (like double bass and tuba) to create richness within some parts of the song. :) Plus, I'm considering remastering this song several times now. I'm studying how to mix and master the track, actually.

My first intention for Draconity album (this track is one of them) is to let each track "tells" stories inside listeners' mind....It's not really an ambient track which plays as a background for a film but something that portrays a picture....so it's a complete set of music in the piece.

I really appreciate you for writing a detailed review, and no, you didn't make me upset at all; in fact I feel really honored to get some suggestions and honest compliments. Thank you very much.

Ahhh, I see the work of an 0 bomber! It's not entirely my kind of music, but I really like the flow! Nice sounds and the synths your picked are just great! Very nice and interesting tune! A 5 to help even out the score!!

And yet again very nice! I've got only one comment: i don't really like your piano sound... (don't hate me for it ;-)) I use Propellorheads Real Piano's, I just love the sound of it... maybe you could give it a try? (you do need Reason 4 though...)

Your songs are pretty good... but they are too long and not interesting enough. it needs another instrument or lyrics. with lyrics its probably really good, but now its too simple and empty... nice catchy tune though!
